Prescribed extra fees for registry transactions carried out using non-electronic means.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 462 (a) of the Myanmar CompaniesLaw 2017, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration issues this Notification.

1.Registry transactions carried out using non-electronic means for Form (A) Group ; application for incorporation of company and for Form (B) Group ; application for re-registration of existing company must be paid extra 100,000 Kyats for each single application.

2.Registry transactions carried out using non-electronic means for Form Groups other than Form (A) Group and Form (B) Group must be paid extra 50,000 Kyats for each single application.

3.This Notification shall come into effect on 1 August 2018.
