Order No. 3 Conferring Powers relating to Land Administration (2007)
The State Peace and Development Council hereby confers on the Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee powers relating to land administration over the lands owner by the Committee within the Nay Pyi Taw Development area and lands and privately owned lands transferred and taken over by the Committee in accordance with the existing laws.
