Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act (2005)

Section 2: This Law shall have jurisdiction on any person who commits any offense cognizable under this Law in the Union of Myanmar, or on board a vessel or an aircraft registered under the existing law of the Union of Myanmar, or on a Myanmar citizen or foreigner residing permanently in the Union of Myanmar who commits the said offense outside the country.
